Hello Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
Its time for another update for Mrs Judy. This time I waited a few days to see what was going to happen this time. It seems like every time we get excited because she gets moved from ICU to PCU, she back slides within 5 hours. Well today is Sunday. She has been in PCU now since 430pm Friday night. I feel this is mainly due to all of us. The prayers we have been asking the lord for are being answered. She is doing well. Vitals are ok just has a pain in her neck where the dialysis line was and a pain in between her shoulder blades....they just been giving her meds to help with that... so it's been making her sleep alot. The dialysis line was removed 5 days ago. They never had to do dialysis. Explain that? Starting Monday, they are going to get her up and start her physical therapy. This is the next step to recovery and returning home to her family and friends.
Please don't give up all the hard earned progress we have achieved thru prayer for Mrs Judy. We are just starting in the right direction for her full recovery. Today is September 20, 2009. She has been in the hospital since July 25, 2009. Please include all those you know who would be willing to include her in their daily prayers.
Wisdom comes from strange places. I read this in a Dove chocolate wrapper tonight: Live in the present...FORGIVE your past!!! How true this statment is. Live for today, enjoy tomorrow when it comes, and make peace with your past by learning from it.
