Dear friends of the monastery,
As you may have or may have not noticed it has been some time since I have been active online. I have been diagnosed with some life changing illnesses. Thank you all for your kind words and prayers. I never thought after all my years is be the one in this case. I am in chronic pain 100% of the time everyday all day. I don't want to fill up my blog with the entire ordeal I will answer any and all questions you have for me anytime. We all fall on hard times this time of year. However, I can say this has been my very worst yet. I have been so very blessed. I was diagnosed with MS years ago and recently have been diagnosed with multiple illnesses that have left me disable. There's a draw back I am young in our governments eyes and thus made my efforts for disabilty a task in its self. I have worked since I was 14 yrs old. I could ramble on and on but I understand your time is precious. I need your help the holiday season. My family has fell upon a hardship like no other. A dear friend of the church has created a donation site for me and my family to receive donations and love offerings from anyone and everyone who possibly can lend a small or large donation to my cause. Any and every little bit will help me get back up on my feet and back to doing what I love spending the word of God and visiting loved ones in situations that they can not be in fellowship. The link to donate is as follows. Www.gofundme.com/AshleysMedFund my prayers are with you all this holiday season. As you can imagine it has taken a toll on my heart and mind with these issues I have stumbled upon. I will be so very grateful and thankful for any thing you can spare to give. You'll be giving me a new lease on my life and a hand up to get back out there and tell folks about how awesome our God is! Thank you all so much. Merry Christmas to all! I would also like to thank everyone and Pastor Bob Spinkle at Temple Presbyterian for the beautiful tree. I still haven't been able to get lights yet. However it's beautiful all the same. May your hearts be filled with love and laughter as we Celebrate the Birth of our most precious gift of all Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
