Spirit Speaks
Have you felt me beside you as you lay within your darkness,
Have you felt me hold you while you weep?
Have you heard my voice within your mind,
Or are you simply too far gone to speak?
Have you felt the whispered touch of my hand along your cheek,
Do you know I try to give you the answers that you seek?
Your mind is full of chaos and scattered wtih debris,
Looking back over all the things that were always meant to be.
Your weakened and your stumbling but I will not let you fall,
You'll only come out swinging once your backs against the wall.
My comfort now I give you as you struggle with defeat,
For I know that soon it will be my purpose that you seek.
Poetry has always been a major part of my spirituality and its also a way that I recieve messages for myself as well as for others. I'm thankful for its reappearance in my life over the last few days, just another reminder that I am as I'm meant to be. Are you struggling or seeking right now?
