Question for New Ager's/Lightworkers

  Hi! I have heard alot about Starseeds, Indigo's and universal consciousness. I never really connected to alot of the beliefs about universal consciousness/ extra terrestrials, ect, I don't know, it just seems so foreign to me. I never really "got it." However, I also read about Indigo's, and starseeds and I seem to fit some of these. I also connect with psychic abilites, being an Empath, Medium, ect. I know, how can I believe in multi-deminsions and not believe in space aliens, right? That's a good question that I don't have an answer to. All I know is that perhaps they were in a different demension, and exsist in a different demension, and don't really view them as,like on TV, or how this world percieves them. I'm also not sure what is meant by "universal consciousness" or universal vibrations, frequencies, though I have a very clear understanding about energy. So I'm thinking it's more of a "lingo" thing, like I understand it, but maybe my descrition is different then yours, though that understanding is all the same? I also don't have much knoweldge on these different demensions, though I know they exsist and feel I have traveled through many veils into different demensions.

  So, let me give you a small backstory. In my search for "self discovery" I have looked into a bunch of different stuff for years. For some reason, today, I felt the need to look up Indigo and starseeds. I went into this web-site that explained different alien beings. Again, not to interested in space aliens, but I felt drawn to keep reading. So, I started reading the first description which is aliens called the Arcturians and the first  paragraph described me to a T. The majority of it also describes me except the "life of the party" bit. I kind of got lost when they gave a "physical description" and it felt to "sci-fi" for me. But, this is throwing for a loop, because I have been astral projecting since I was 12 and for thelast 5 or 6 years I have been astral projecting to a place Iknow is home. It's not earth and it's not heaven, don't really know where it is, but I did name it Avalon. I channel energy from  there often and bring it here. I'm also a Medium, an Empath, and a magickal practioner. I also understand the balance between light and dark and have a full understanding on the importance of balancing the two. But nothing is mentioned in the more NewAge type belief system on where the rest  of this fits in, which is very confusing. I mean, if I was this Arcturian, wouldn't I know? Wouldn't I feel drawn to more new Age belief systems instead of being so eccletic? Yet, I know thatI am not from here. I have known since I was a kid that I came here for a specific purpose and it was important, but other then it being spiritual in nature, I cant figure out one specific purpose, so I just kind of go with the flow and do whatever I feel drawn to do. I also came here to find my twin, a person who is like the other half of me and I recently figured out that I came here to bring him back with me. But there is a huge differance in language between New Age and whatever it is I am and terms I use to communicate in. I think the biggest differance is that most of whatI am reading seems more focused on the cosmos, frequencies and the main purpose is love. But spreading love seems to be such a broad term. I do connect with light energy and the importance on bringing that energy into the earth because, light versus dark energy, I feel it is unbalanced,meaning there is more dark energy then light energy, so I do feel the urgency to balance the pendumlum so to speak, but it'smore about balance then switching the energy to all light, because this to will throw off the balance. I feel the only way to achieve to fully create harmony is to balance the two, it's the only way to evolve. So, does this sound like a Acturian?

  I know this is probebly weird, but anyone who knows about any of this or can help me figure this out, I would greatly appreciate. This may actually be the missing piece I have been looking for.
