LOL, Life has a funny way of reminding us that whatever answers we seek are those that are already within us. It is not that we look for answers from the outside, we look for validation of those answers.
I've touched on some of my experiences in other blogs. I was speaking to another member about my experience when I wrote the Pools of Avalon. She recommended a very popular Metaphysical teach from, actually he died less then a year before I was born. Many of his teaching talk about imagination and manifesting this into reality. For a moment there I felt something, like another person may actually have understood what I have been feeling, experiencing and researching for years now. So I checked out some of his stuff. I noticed that many of his teachings follow the principles of Law of Attraction, but I don't think he realized it at the time that is what it was. He understood that imagination is only the starting point for manifesting your desires, for your emotions pull the energy of those thought to make them reality.
I have learned in my own experiences for this to be true and much of what he say's validates much of what I have been writing for years. It's kind of funny. I went looking for further enlightment, yet he only brushed upon what I already learned. Not necessarily enlightening me deeper, simply giving me a different perspective.
Much of these teachings are actually part of the Pagan belief system of magic. Imagination with direct intention, fueled by desire and emotion. I noticed for myself that the stronger the need, the stronger the emotion. The stronger the emotion the shaper the intention. However, because our emotions run in layers, it is very important for us to understand our intention, for it is the strongest emotion and the greatest desire is what will manifest because this is where the energy lyes. The deepest parts of the soul is where this co-creation begins. Often our conscious minds can't understand why we have the desires we posess. Some of them may come across as selfish or may inavertenly cause harm to another person. This is why it is so important to have a complete understanding of what you feel and what you desire. This is where complete honesty with ourselves will either hinder or benefit. This is why some spells go ary. This is also why the Law of Attraction affirmations only work if you actually believe they will and it is consistant with what you truly desire. I guess you can call this the cosmic saftey net, lol.
This doesn't mean that if you are angry and you should not do this, for anger is a wonderful emotion to get any manifestation completed, but only if this energy is directed properly. This is also a good way to test yourself and see where you are as a person. Are you wishing to actually cause harm or revenge or is the anger fuled by something different and you actually wish to stop the pain that the person is causing other's.
Anyway's, he touched on imagination. Imagination is a great catalyst for manifestation for it helps us be in a place where there are no boundaries. It helps us to understand our truest desires and it is when our soul is freest. It helps us to feel what we would not normally feel. It is when we can connect with all aspects of ourselves. Here we are open, accepting and our soul can express itself without restraint. For the "Pools of Avalon" was born through imagaination. What made it reality, however, is basically becoming one with this place. I not only saw it, I felt it. It went from imagaination to reality. I could feel the water's. I could feel myself under the water as I directed my intentions for a specific act to manifest the desired outcome. I could feel the undesired energy leave and I could feel the peace come across us when I called upon it. In this place, the mind, body, emotions and spirit worked together as one for a specific goal. This also helps me understand that when all aspects are all on the same page, which is often hard to do, then this is where the most energy is generated. This is also where our true selves are shown.
ok, I'm done rambeling. I'm sure there is a point to this somewhere, but I somehow lost my train of thought, lol. Blessed Be.
Oh, I thikn I got it. The moral of this story is, if you are looking for a spiritual teacher, look deeper within yourself:)
