Fourth of July…
We celebrate the birth of our nation on this auspicious day, but at what cost? Whose rights and liberties did we trample on to acquire this great land we call home? The people living here peacefully, taking care of the land, respecting it’s inhabitants. We as “Americans” almost never give a thought to the way we brutally disrupted the peaceful existence of a wonderful people, who cared for this country long before we came from distant lands to lay claim to her and celebrate our freedom by taking theirs. The way we are running it these days, maybe it’s time to give it back. All in favor say “aye”
