We're at that spot again that I took you too last time. It's a bit later than last time and the sun is almost down behind the tree line of the giant hills surrounding us. It's such a beautiful sunset. Pink, Blues, Purples, and Oranges. We're laying down on the sandy beach with the sounds of bird chirping, rushing water, and the crackling of the fire that is near by. The air is still hot and your skin is all warm from the sun kisses. It's such a peaceful night, the horseflies aren't even bothering us. That is amazing all in itself. We're just laying their closing our eyes chatting the evening away. Our bellies are full of Olympic Mountain Cook Offs, as I call them. :) All of our senses are just tingling, and none of us can muster the ability to wipe the smiles off of our faces. It's just about dark now, I think I can barely just see the first star emerging from the darkening blanket above us. As time passes more stars start to appear. It doesn't take too long though to notice without even realizing that there are millions of stars above us now. Such a beautiful site. The conversations are so deep and relaxing. You really know who you're best friends are in times like this. :) Shooting stars begin to dash across the sky. One, then another and another. We must be having some sort of meteor shower. We just lay there receiving all this energy and taking the blessings of our daily existence. We tend to take a lot for granted and forget just how spoiled we really are. We lay there reflecting on ourselves and our experiences and on what we have learned and what we have done that will never do again. It's a beautiful thing that even though that some of us aren't so close in distance, we are still able to connect via internet or telephone or whatever device it is you chose to use. I am glad that I have been given the chance to meet so many of you this past year and through out my life time, and be able to invite you here with me. Thank you all for taking this trip with me to talk the night away under the blanket of stars. I hope that someday you all will have the chance to see the Beautiful Olympic Mountains for yourself. I am blessed to have been able to share this with you all.. I wish you all the best of evenings. Blessings!
