Many Gentiles today seem to be really hung up on the 10 commandments of the law. These are very good values to live by, a great moral guide for us. I do find it strange however that they tend to forget the other 603 laws given by Moses.
The fact of the matter is the Gentiles were never given the Law. I would recommend reading all of Acts chapter 15 but for purposes of this post I will refer to KJV Acts 15:19-20 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and [from] fornication, and [from] things strangled, and [from] blood.
The scripture tells us that Christ came to fulfill the Law, but for grace we shall be saved. I would recommend reading all of Romans 10, but I refer to KJV Romans 10:4 For Christ [is] the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
If one searches the scriptures we find that it is the Pharisee and Jew of that day that continually insisted that the Gentile was bound by the Law, all 613 of them, (not just 10). The disciples and the Holy Spirit did not agree.
