Who rolled the stone away?
Who rolled the stone away?
Jesus Christ our Lord.
It was on a Sunday morning, a day just like today.
Mary went to visit the place where Jesus lay.
When she arrived upon the scene, much to her dismay.
The rock that sealed the entrance had somehow rolled away.
The grave, it was now empty, the guards had gone away.
An angel sat upon the bed where Jesus Christ once lay.
The angel said to Mary, that Jesus had awoke.
“Go dry your eyes and spread the word to everyone.” She spoke.
So when you’re sad and lonely,
And your soul has lost its way.
Remember Jesus died for you, and rolled the stone away.
Yes. He rolled the stone away.
