The homeless are always a good bet if you have a lot of them, like we do here in California. Just arranging an event Where you take them warm clothes, blankets and food. When I travel, I save all the little wrapped soaps and such and put them in baggies. (I take my own soap and shampoo when we travel.) We give them to homeless people. I can't always give money, and certainly some are professional beggars and money is all they want. But sometimes, for the homeless, if there is a choice only between food and a bar of soap, well, of course food is going to win. Most people like to be clean, and while it's a small thing, it's useful. less
