God has the most perfect love that can ever be known. he died for us on calvary's cross for our sins. He never said I am dying for the white man nor did he say I am dying for the people of any one nation. He gave his life equally for everyone of all colors and nations, regardless of your ethnic group or language. He showed his endless love that day. He desires that no one goes to the place of eternal torment and that all come to salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. There is a lot of contradtcion on wether there is one and only one entity or if there be a holy trinity. I believe that there is only one LORD and only one God, and not in 3 entities. I believe all 3 are one. In math the verse most commonly used to support the trinity actually is not addition but is is multiplication. The Bible has mathematical facts that prove beyond a doubt that it was truly inspired by God. Supercomputers and the work of a lifetime can not duplicate the math in the creation of the Bible let alone every writer in the Bible being able to duplicate the mastery therein. God's Love simply is absolute. I will take a short moment to explain the math and theolgy of the verses in question.
Ephesians 4:4 One Lord, one faith, one baptism.
This simply means there can only be one way to be baptized.
Galatians 3:27
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
This supposrts the Acts 2:38 message.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christfor the remission of sins, and ye shall recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost.
This gives a clear message about how to be baptized and suggests if the name of Jesus Christ is not used then the sins are not remitted.
Now I will give the mathematical approach and theological approach in my humple opinion of the verse Matthew 28:19
28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
Name of the Father (what is the name? Math=1)
and of the Son (does not say and the name of. x1)
and of the Holy Ghost (again does not say its a different name. x1)
1x1x1=1 Mathematically
Jesus provided the perfect love for us when he died and he is the only way to salvation and no matter what we do in this life he desires each and every one of us to make it to heaven and he makes it our own choice and he hopes our choices lead a good holy life.
**Just a thought: living a holy life according to the Word of God does not harm anything and when you die if it was all a scam then everything we believe is false. If it is true and I am sure it is then you would attain salavation and go to heaven.
The verse dopes not in fact list a trinity, but instead it lists three titles of the same being. We know the name of the son and therefore we know the name of all.
I have a friend that could write you a check right now for $10,000. If he signed it Father, Son, and Spirit (or Holy Ghost) the bank would say this check is no good. They could say the money is there the name is right. Just where is the signature. You reply well there he signed it Father, Son, and the Spirit. They would simply reply and say I am sorry but those are not his name. They are only titles of who he is and without the name being applied through the signature the check is not valid. Therefore on baptism I must believe if you do not invoke the power of the name of Jesus Christ that the baptism must be in fact invalid. Now bear in mind that this is my theolgical opionion and nothing shall change this although I am open to discuss this in detail.
to return to the subject of love. God's Love is an absolute form of love and is endless. There is no sin that you can commit that will cause his love for you to end. He can however and does hate the sins in which you commit. What is a sin? A sin is most simply a put a crime committed against God and not against man or the land. You will not disobey the laws of the land when you obey God's law. Please feel free to comment with your opionions just keep in mind this is a part of my beiefs and I will always be sure to respect yours as I expect you to respect mine. I will never criticze you on your beliefs because in the end, God is the judge of all and I am not so I shall leave that to God alone.
