    To ramble on in prayer, unburdening your heart, is permissible, but not ideal. It is not focused and it is less effective.

     

    The proper method is to consider deeply, looking into your heart, and to find one single sentence that exactly expresses your request.

    Sandra Palmer Wow, it's just amazing that you have now told us how to do it. I don't know how those of us who are not Christian or who are older than you have been getting along with their lives without your input. Not everyone believes in Angels.
