My birthday wish Hi, my brothers and sisters, It's time for my annual birthday wish. I enjoy extending my love of life to others, so here goes: Meditate or contemplate, for several minutes on those you love; be it people, animals, plants or others. Take some time to realize why you love them, such as physical beauty, charm, wit, loyalty stamina, etc. Then go tell them you love them, and why. Remember to look in a mirror and love yourself first. Your list may include spouses, family (past and present), animals, plants, or nature in general. You can verbalize your feelings or just send your love telepathically.
