TBN has been playing a lot of the older movies on bible stories. Stories on Ruth, Jacob, Abram, Joseph, Noah and others. I have noticed they don't always follow the bible accounts accurately.
In some of the movies about Abraham Sarah & Hagar, some put more blame on Sarah & others on Hagar, for their dispproval of each other, before & after the birth of Hagar's son by Abraham. One movie said Hagar ran away because Sarah was mean to her. Another movie says Sarah sent her away because she was disrepectful. And in yet another movie it has Abraham going & searching for Hagar after she runs away.
The Bible says Hagar became disrepectful of Sarah after she became pregnant with Abraham's child. So Sarah sent her away. No place does it say Abraham went to look for her. He knew his wife had sent her away.
Movie makers should be very careful changing bible accounts, that is the same as changing the words in the Holy Book.
