Racism? In Baltimore? Not according to the black friends I have that happen to be from there. They have lost no time throwing the bullpoop card on the events that are unfolding, as they did during the Ferguson riots. Ladies and gentlemen, let me clarify for our brothers and sisters in the north where, due to some ignorant folks of color, racism seems to be alive and thriving: If you don't like white people stay the hell away from Mississippi; we do not want you to bring your racist attitudes down here, and quit comparing your situation to us as you have obviously never been here and are operating on information from our sordid past and the liberal press, not from current facts. Yes, there are pockets of ignorance around us. Ignorance seems to run amok around us so why should this come as any surprise? Racism and ignorance here, however, are on the decline, and we are so much better for it.
