Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you, God, for another glorious day in paradise and, yet, another chance for all of us to excel in life! Thank you for the bounty in our lives, and forgive us if we don’t recognize what you send our way.
Thank you for good friends, for those who love us, and for those you send into our lives for us to love, and bless them all for what they give to us, whether they realize it or not. We give thanks for the hard lessons you send our way which prepare us for this life and the lives to follow. We give thanks for the children we have and wish for them the blessing of a good and peaceful life.
We also give thanks, and ask your deepest blessing, for all those volunteers who put their own lives at risk to ensure the peace and safety which we all enjoy.
I send this note of thanks and blessing to all those I cherish in the sincere hope they recognize the blessings they have each and every morning of each and every day, and how much they mean to me and to my life. I love you all, and I can ask for nothing more for my life than to have you in it.
