11. Randy Moss's bad decision to rejoin the Minnesota Vikings.
Randy's decision to bring it all back home looks like a shortterm plus and a longterm minus.
Brett Favre, who just turned 41, is clearly in his last year. We're all too familiar with his annual Hamlet routine concerning retirement and unretirement. As this season illustrates, the old boy is on his Rey Maualuga Jersey last legs. So, who'll be the Vike's QB in 2011 and will he be good enough to get the ball to Randy? Had Randy stayed with the Patriots, his 2011 quarterback would have been Tom Brady.
The Pats and Moss could have worked something out if they really wanted to.
Funny you should mention Moss one of my last "cuts" from this week's list was an item about how somebody must have turned the calendar back to 2002, since both Moss and Deion Branch are back with their original teams.
Serendipitydaze, I agree with your comment that this was a shortsighted move on Moss' part that team's going to be a mess when Favre leaves for good (although it already shows signs of becoming a mess). However, I agree with nahcllib that the Patriots aren't www.footballbengalsshop.com/WOMENS-REY-MAUALUGA-JERSEY.html winning anything this year unless someone waves a magic wand and fixes their defense, and there's about as good a chance of that happening as there is of The Situation winning this season's Dancing With The Stars (yes, I know he was voted out already).
