I'm sitting here watch TV n saw a promo ad for another show showing what rich kids do, there was a show about super 16 party n a few others shows showing kids how great/good it is to be a spoiled brat n showing that it is cool to be like these type of kids/people...
It is disturbing to me, I still remember kids having clics based on what is popular n them putting others down for not meeting the popular clic's ideals which leads to bulling n lowering others self worth, I think these shows are bad but it is just a show n really guess it is parents job to teach kids to know that these shows with these rich spoiled kids are not a norm to look up too... Also we need to let all kids know they are not better or worst then others n to stand up for themselves n for others that are smaller or weaker that are being bullied or put down by spoiled brat bullies...
I wish these shows would disappear but they fall in to freedom of speech n what is popular n what sells in TV shows n if people/kids didn't watch them they would disappear...
So I guess as long as these shows showing spoiled brats are on the TV parents need to teach kids to be good, proud of themselves n standup for themselves n others because some parents of these spoiled brats n bullies think/believe that their kids are better then other n if kids can't handle some so-called teasing (in their eyes/words) they need to learn to suck it up which is sick teasing/bulling is wrong n the parents that allow their kids to do it are just as bad as the bully themselves...
So be aware of these shows, kids that show that they think they are better then others...
Most of all teach kids self respect, self worth, n stand up to bullies n help those that need help, n if out numbered get a teacher, police officer, parent to get the bullies punished... Kids are important n worth a lot no matter what their faith, sex, sexual orientation, abilities/disabilities, race, n etc are n no one person or group has a right to put others down or bully them n parents that support a child that does put other down n/or bully other are a shameful excuse of a parent...
So Teach Self Worth, Respect for ones self n others n teach Love for all people no matter Sex, sexual orientation, abilities/disabilities, race n etc...
Love for All is the Best thing we can teach kids/adults/others...
oh sorry I went off on this rant but feel stronly about it...
