It would behoove anyone to help others where they are. If that help is to help them relocate, okay. But why not help them at their home? If my senior neighbor has trouble mowing the lawn, do I invite him/her to live with me? Maybe, but more likely it would be a greater help to just mow my neighbor's lawn. I know that's a simplified example, but, really, I think it would be great if everyone in every corner of the planet had a happy healthy place to live and only relocated for fun/adventure, not necessity. I'm not against immigration, nor do I harbor ill will to refugees. These folks are worthy of love. Everyone is. But I do think helping people stay in their home country by giving aid there is a worthy cause also. less
