I have been noticing more and more that people are more prone to anger now a days. I feel that with all the advances in the world today, we have become a society of instant gratification. The down side is when we don't get that instant gratification, we turn to anger. Now don't get me wrong, I love technology just as much as the next guy. I love being able to pull out my phone and check the score of a game, or even watch it live if I choose. And I love being able to go through a drive through to pick up a quick meal if I am running late. The problem that I see is, that we have become so used to the instant gratification, when something takes longer than we think it should, we loose our minds. Let us break the cycle, be mindful of our anger and take steps to live a calm and peaceful, happy life. Because let's face it, if we are angry, we aren't having fun. I would much rather be happy and having fun.
