Congratulations. I suppose the real question is why? versis Why not? I went on to do two higher degrees twenty years after I got my BFA, primarily because I loved being a student again. Whatever you choose, brother, I wish you joy.

For one perspective...I had the same quandary about 20 years ago. I thought it over and decided not to pursue a Doctorate as I did not see how it would help me, my family, or the community I served. Instead I decided to apply the education and work experiences to helping others more pro actively.
Finally finished with my Masters (2) in Poli. Sci. and Education in Poli. Sci. Now questioning whether to go for a Ph.D.
