Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? - Matthew 6:27 NIV
I'm a worrier. Seems like every choice, every decision has "what if?". "What if?" the first choice. But "what if?" the other choices too. It's a world of "what if?". I could spend every hour of every day worrying.
Then I remember Jesus' words. They make me stop and think. What good is playing "what if?", at least beyond seeing what options you have for a given situation. Of course, also understanding GOD will open the door, solve the problem, in His way, even if it's not one of your options.
Does it cost me hours? Hours I could have spent with friends. With my mom. Or with GOD.
Stop worrying. Start believing. Stop worrying. Start believing... My Daddy is bigger than any situation. He loves me. My Daddy will take care of me... (it bears repeating) (a lot)
