My family was out on a walk when we first moved to the area and a few people in the crowd saw us approached us offering cold bottles of waster, prayers, hugs, dinner, adult and children services, donated clothes and toys for those who want them, and friendship to anyone that walked by. Every Monday that church borrows the parking lot of our church. The people that approached us and those who run the outreach ministry were Christians whom had previously been either/and/or homeless, incarcerated, drug addicts, prostitutes. They have a music group perform. Pastor peaches. People testify. They service food complete with sweet treats and drinks. Pray. What they do is so wonderful. My family had been looking for a good church because we weren't from this area. So we we on the hunt. These people being in the parking lot offering the real love of Jesus Christ in a real and genuine way made me wonder if this was where I should be... less

Quite honestly, I'll try any church that has a "to the point" message and doesn't last much over an hour. Sunday is my day off. Catholic church became too redundant for me.
