There is a lot to say about this topic. My ritual has been protein shake with milk, and supplements for breakfast. I will have protein and fruit for lunch. My favorite time to eat is dinner. I will have grain, veggie, and protein. The key is to not eat more calories than you burn. Unless you have to lose weight. With the right exercise you can easily burn 2,500 calories. This allows you to still eat 2,000 calories a day. If you burn 500 calories a day then you will lose three pounds a week. Reward yourself with a 500 calorie sweet on the seventh day. You can probably cut the workout on Sunday too for those of you who need to lose some weight. Happy Sunday!
