I had a dream many years ago that I remember vividly and has stuck with me since. It is singular as it was third person dream; I was watching it like a movie, narrated and everything. Essentially, this guy was climbing to the front of an out of control train to rescue someone in distress in one of the forward cars. I don't remember why that person was in distress and I don't remember how the viewer/dreamer was made aware of this. A tunnel approaches as the main character is about to reach out and climb to the next car. The entire scene goes dark until the train exits the tunnel. As the train leaves the tunnel, this guy gets up from the ground and dusts himself off. The narrator then says "[forgotten name] told me that I should never make a move when I could not see, but I was so sure I could make it." At that point the man starts running along the track in a seemingly futile attempt to catch up with the train and the narration continues: "A minister should run a thousand miles for one of his people."
