  Know thy self To know yourself is to know god. In most religious bibles it is stated in one form or another that we were created in the image of god. The better you come to know yourself the better you will come to know and understand the world around you. If you are filled with love, care, and compassion then this will be the primary essence of the environment around you.  Get to know who you are from inside out. The less you know about yourself the more opening is left for anyone whom so chooses to dictate to you who you are. What you like, where you can live, how to live, how to talk and walk, how long your hair is allowed to be, even how much weight you are allowed to gain.  Aside from the random person that may happen upon you to try and dictate your life the biggest dictator is social acceptance.  If we don't live the same way as those whom say they have everything and we are not striving to be like them and live like them then we are looked down upon creating deep loneliness. The want for acceptance ends up out weighing the needs of self, and for this many change who they are to not be alone even if it is not for the better.  Thusly not being true to self or our father from above. The one whom should know you the best aside from heavenly deity is you. Stand and be true, reach and grow. No human is allowed to set your boundaries of self.
