The theory of Adam’s sin is that by living apart from the Presence of God it seemed he took the easier of paths by his choice rather than repenting and staying with God because he was ashamed of what he did. Looking at myself I can see this happens to all humankind, yet we are able to repent and move forward with God, but somehow Adam did not. Perhaps he was like a spoiled child who had never known sin and only reacted to his own knowledge apart from God. Implying that he feared God was a sign of his separation from God. We do know that what Adam did caused the Supreme Divine Will to be broken in himself and Eve and all their descendants. So man was then separated for the feminine spheres of God exiled so to say.
It is said that the most important function is good in the world, using the bible based tool with its commandments, to eradicate the separation of man’s sin and to restore all existence to its original harmony and unity.
Unlike the Christian dogma of original sin, the mystics do not refute the idea that every man has the power to overcome this consciousness of corruption by replacing it with consciousness of good with his own powers along with Divine Aide.
It is up to each one of us to reunite with the Spirit of God. By connecting with the power of the Spirit of God with our own inner power, we can bring harmony and wholeness to the Divine and the whole of humankind in all the world.
When we connect to the Spirit of God then we all become one and that One shines. So, light your candles and be seen by your works in the world.
