Ouch

  • So yesterday I fell down the ramp that leads to my garage. It was my own fault really. I had left two large pieces of scrap metal there the previous week in the hope that a person I'd previously contacted would come and dispose of them. He didn't and I didn't do any thing about it. Thought I would get round to disposing of them myself at some point. So last night I stepped back out of the garage to lower the door and backed into and over the scrap metal. The phrase "arse over tit" never was more apt. Thankfully no serious injuries even though I rolled several feet into a crumpled heap. The only injury sustained was scraped skin off my ankle and arm. My pride was intact as it was 9pm and no one saw but that left me more shaken when I realised what may of happened if I'd cracked my head open or worse. Two children left without a father and for what? Not doing what I should of done the previous week. The obvious moral of the story is don't put off till tomorrow what can be done today but I'd like to think that karma or God saved me from a serious injury because of good deeds accumulated. Now I've used that storage bank up though it looks like I'm going to be busy helping out others again haha. Well i will do when I've stopped limping
