The Year Of His Favor And Will

Messiah began His ministry reading Isaiah 61:1, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me …to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” He came to fulfill this Scripture, but His ministry didn’t end in that first year. All the things He spoke about are not limited in time. The anointing of Messiah is to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and that word in Hebrew is ‘ratsone.’ It also means will, desire, delight, pleasure, and satisfaction. In Messiah’s anointing, you have the power to live a year that the Lord wants you to live, that He’ll take pleasure in, is satisfied in, delights in, and will be pleased with. The year the Lord has for you is the Year of Ratsone. But ratsone doesn’t just mean favor and delight; it also means will. The year of the Lord’s will. Consecrate this year to the Lord’s will and commit every part of your life to His will above even your own. Messiah will give you the anointing to live it and it will become for you the Year of Ratsone, the Year of the Lord’s Favor on you!
