    The Dilemma Of The Skeptics

    Skeptics claim that the Bible came from men and not from God. The question to ask them is: What kind of men, good or bad? For bad men wouldn’t have written the words of the Bible because they condemn sin and pronounce judgment on those who live in evil. Beyond that, bad men would certainly take credit for coming up with something so great that it had the power to change bad people into good. To not take credit would be the evidence of great virtue and extreme humility. That leaves us the option that it had to come from good men. But that raises a very big problem – would good men perpetrate a hoax by saying the Bible was the Word of God when it was really their own words? Ultimately, the Bible was not written by good or bad men. It was written by God, through men, but by God - period! So read it, study it, take it to heart, treasure it, cherish it, and live it. It is the Word of God, and it will transform your life for blessing whether you are good or bad.
