  Dear Heavenly Father,

   

  I come to You on bended knee in awe of the sacrifice that my Lord Jesus made for me.

   

  Sending Your beloved Son down to Earth so that He may live a sinless life, only to take my sins upon the cross, is such a beautiful act of love...

   

  For God so loved the world

  that He gave His only begotten Son,

  that whoever believes in Him should not perish

  but have everlasting life.

  For God did not send His Son into the world

  to condemn the world,

  but that the world through Him might be saved.

  John 3:16-17

   

  I fall at Your feet, humbled by Your love for me.

   

  Christmas is a time of celebration.

   

  Please prepare my heart that I may be renewed in my joy for Jesus.

   

  Thank You, Father, for Your unrelenting love.

   

  In Jesus' name, I pray,
