Dear Heavenly Father,
I ask that You will create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Psalm 51:10
I pray that Your Spirit will sow into me the seeds of Your love and presence.
Lord, may You be the Gardener of my soul this year, weeding away any selfish ways in me.
Please uproot that which is not of You in my life; filling my spirit with light and hope; nourishing me with Your love and Your Word.
You are the God who carries out good things to completion.
I pray that this Year, my life will be marked by the Fruit of Your Holy Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23
Lord, use my life to exhibit Your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Please help me to be a good steward of the spiritual gifts which You have given to me, so that I may use my spiritual gifts to bless others and to serve my church.
I know that I would not believe the things that You will accomplish this new year, even if You told me. Open my eyes so that I can watch and be amazed by Your great faithfulness. Habakkuk 1:5
