  Dear Lord God,

   

  Thank You for the ways that You have blessed and guided me in the past.

   

  At times it is hard for me to hear Your voice, but I look to the past to remember that You have been faithful in watching over me.

   

  Today, I lift up my deepest needs to You Lord and place them in Your capable hands, trusting You with all that I am.

   

  I will wait upon You Lord, listening for Your Voice over my life.

   

  I pray for patience this year, that I will wait patiently for You...

   

  Wait for the Lord;

  be strong and take heart

  and wait for the Lord.

  For I know that You are faithful and that You will guide me in Your perfect timing.
