Dear Lord God,
I reach out to You with my arms lifted high.
I am in pain and every day feels like a battle to get through each moment.
I am weary from my heartache and I need Your presence to get through the murky waters ahead.
I look to You, my strength has failed.
Please forgive me for the times I have forgotten to come to You first.
I seek Your face Lord, wash Your Holy Spirit over me with a peace that goes beyond all understanding.
Philippians 4:7
God, You are good all of the time.
You are the first to understand my hurt, confusion, and pain.
And You are the one who will turn my mourning into dancing. Psalm 30:11
Thank You for walking with me and carrying me through the suffering and the celebrations of life.
Thank You for Your hope and for Your new mercies each morning. Ecclesiastes 3:23
