  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Lord God,

   

  Thank You for Your grace and for my salvation.

   

  You sent Jesus to Earth to teach us and to accomplish what we could never accomplish...

   

  …by taking the form of a servant,

  being born in the likeness of men.

  And being found in human form,

  he humbled himself by becoming

  obedient to the point of death,

  even death on a cross.

  Philippians 2:7-8

   

  The depth of Your love and of Jesus' sacrifice leaves me humbled.

   

  In You, I find everything I need.

   

  Please help me each day to pick up my cross and to follow You in ways that are worthy of Jesus. Matthew 10:38

   

  As John The Baptist said of Jesus, I say as well...

   

  He must increase, but I must decrease.

  John 3:30

   

  Thank You for rescuing me.
