Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer
Your Word gives me so much wisdom and so many precious promises from You that I can trust and cling to.
I especially love this promise from Jesus...
Whoever serves me must follow me;
and where I am, my servant also will be.
My Father will honor the one who serves me.
I come to You now in prayer and I lift up my brothers and sisters in Christ who are so faithful to follow You in countries where they are persecuted for doing so.
You have promised to honor them for believing in You and for serving You.
I pray that You will protect them and meet their every need.
I pray that they will experience Your peace beyond all understanding; for good health; for their basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter; for fellowship with other Christians; for protection from harm and evil; for opportunities to share the Gospel and to witness of Your love; for the freedom to read Your Word, The Holy Bible; for joy; for strength for those who feel weak; for healing for those who are sick or wounded; for a special touch upon their lives as they often suffer because they are followers of Jesus.
Father God, I love my precious brothers and sisters, and my heart aches over the things they have suffered and which they face daily.
Please surround them with Your love and protection.
May the blood of Jesus cover and protect them.
May Your Church grow and prosper in every nation.
