  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Father God,

   

  Today, let me meditate on the words the angel spoke to the shepherds...

   

  For there is born to you this day

  in the city of David a Savior,

  who is Christ the Lord.

  And this will be the sign to you:

  You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.

  Luke 2:11-12

   

  How amazing, the Savior Messiah was born into this world as a vulnerable baby.

   

  During this Christmas season, I too can feel vulnerable to the pain and loss I have gone through.

   

  Please let me find strength and peace knowing that Jesus came to earth to rescue me.

   

  I look forward to the day when there are no more tears...

   

  And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death,

  nor sorrow, nor crying.

  There shall be no more pain,

  for the former things have passed away.

  Revelation 21:4

   

  Thank You that Your perfect love is pouring down on me.

   

  I praise You, Lord, for being the savior of my life.

   

  In Jesus’ name, I pray,
