  • Jesus: The Unspeakable Gift
Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
    2 Corinthians 9:15

Jesus is the Unspeakable Gift; receive Him as you would receive any gift. Remember, a gift is free; if you have to work for it, it’s not a gift. You can’t pay for a gift; you can’t work for a gift, and you can’t put it on your credit card. All you can do is receive a gift. Jesus is the Unspeakable Gift of salvation; receive Him freely.

Lord, I receive You into my heart. I am saved by grace through faith, not by works; salvation is Your gift to me (Ephesians 2:8-9). This gift is greater than anything in life. Teach me to appreciate my salvation and to live accordingly.

Jesus is the Unspeakable Gift; words are not adequate to describe Him. He is greater than the human mind can conceive and more precious than the human heart desires. Human words can’t adequately express the worth of the salvation He gives. Jesus is the Unspeakable Gift, greater than anything on Earth. Any fun you have in the world cannot compare to His joy. Any financial gain does not compare to His riches. Any good for which you strive cannot compare to the satisfaction of finding Jesus and making Him the center of your life. Thank God today for the Unspeakable Gift of Jesus.

Lord Jesus, my words are not adequate to express my feelings, so look within my heart to receive the worship that is there. And when my words of worship are not adequate, look deeper in my heart to discover my love for You. Amen.

    Go Deeper: Luke 19:1-27

Jesus is greater than any way you can describe Him.
