  • The Presence Behind The Kotel
    Monday, March 16, 2020
Song of Solomon 2:9 says, “My beloved is like a gazelle or a young stag. Behold, he stands behind our wall…” That Hebrew word for the wall is kotel. In Israel, the holiest place in Judaism is called “The Kotel” or “the Western Wall.” Jewish people pray against the wall. For 2,000 years, the Jewish people have been walled up to their salvation, to their Messiah. There is a wall of misinformation between them and the Messiah. They are praying at a wall. But the good news is this: our Beloved is behind the wall. Right behind that wall is Messiah waiting with open arms to His people, Yeshua, Jesus-- their Beloved, waiting behind their wall. Is there any wall of separation or distance keeping you from God? Maybe because of your sins, your problems, or whatever it is, is there a wall between you and God? Your beloved is right there behind the wall, waiting with His arms open. Whatever the wall is, or whatever you think it is, don’t fear. Don’t worry, just breakthrough, because He is waiting. Your beloved is right behind the wall.

    Today's Mission
Today, release those strongholds on your life, break whatever wall has put distance between you and God and find your Beloved waiting - on the other side of the wall.
