Even Heaven has to Receive Jesus

In Acts 3:20-21, a strange verse appears, 'Jesus the Messiah, whom Heaven must receive...' You've heard that you must receive Jesus, but Heaven? Why does Heaven need to receive Jesus? What could be more wonderful than Heaven? Heaven... the place that has everything: streets of gold, angelic music, gates of pearl, no more death or pain or crying. And yet with all that, Heaven still needs to receive Jesus. There's still something missing. The fact is, if you got to Heaven and Jesus wasn't there, then it wouldn't really be Heaven. Heaven is empty without Jesus. If Heaven is empty without Jesus, how much more are you... and your life. If Heaven is empty without Jesus, then it doesn't matter how much money you have, how much success, or power or anything else you get in this life. It will still need Jesus to be the center. Even if your life was filled with every heavenly thing and supernatural gifts, it would still be empty without Jesus. So do today, what even Heaven must do... receive Jesus as the center of your life; for without Him, even Heaven isn't Heaven. But wherever He is, there is Heaven.
