During a wedding ceremony, I shared the Gospel and closed with a prayer to receive salvation. During the reception, this restlessness came over me. I had to get up and go for a walk outside. I saw a guy smoking a cigarette. I walked up to him and said "Hi." He says, "I've been waiting for you." Trying not to miss a beat I said, "Well I've been sent to you." I shared with him about salvation. He told me that when I led in the prayer of salvation, he had prayed with me but was confused. He'd hoped that I would come to him and explain it. These things happened in the Book of Acts. They still happen because we're still in the Great Commission and the Book of Acts goes on. There are people all over waiting to hear the Good News. You'll never know it unless you step out and go to them. There are 'good works' just waiting for you to walk into them. Share the Gospel and you'll find that they too, by the Holy Spirit, were waiting for you.
From Message #746 - The Pork Chop People
Take notice of the people around you today - they may just be waiting for you to share the 'good news' of Messiah with them. Be bold, step out of your comfort zone, and do it.
