Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer
Sometimes I get frustrated and angry when I believe someone has wronged me, not lived up to their promises or let me down.
Help me to remember that people are not perfect.
I pray that I will be someone who is always dependable, ethical, and honest.
I pray that You will help me to always do what is right, even when wronged.
When I’m tempted to react in the flesh, please guide me by Your Holy Spirit so that I will remember to stop, take a deep breath, and pray.
Please help me to always respond to others in a Christ-like manner.
Let me grow the fruit of Your Spirit in my life today...
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering (patience), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
I choose to walk in Your Spirit today.
