One Hundred Forty Thousand Miles Per Second

Count out one second. You can do it by saying, "One-one thousand." As soon as you said that, you travelled 140 miles. That's because the planet you're on is connected to the sun, and the sun and the planets are travelling 140 miles around the center of the Milky Way every second. Try it again. One-one thousand. By the time you said that and by the time you get to the end of this sentence, you will have travelled about half a thousand miles from where you were when you started to say one-one thousand! And you'll never go back there. You only travel in one direction. And every second you are 140 miles farther away from ever being where you were before. So, it is in your life and your walk. You may be able to visit an old school or home from your past. But the truth is you can never go back. You see, we are journeying not only through the galaxy, but through time and existence. Therefore, whatever life you would live for the Lord, do it now. For you are on a journey. And you will never pass this way again.
