Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer
You are my Heavenly Father, You created me, You saved me and You made me Your child.
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
You are the only true God...
No one is holy like the Lord ,
For there is none besides You,
Nor is there any rock like our God.
Today I pray for those who need Your presence in their lives as their loving Heavenly Father.
Some earthly fathers are in heaven, some may not be present or a part of their daughter's and son's lives, others are away from home—traveling for work or military service or other reasons.
I pray for those who have a father who is absent, and those who long for the love, security, and acceptance a good father gives.
I pray that they will see and recognize You as their "Good, Good Father."
Let them come to You and receive You, and love You as their Father-God.
And I know that You love them and You will fill their hearts with Your warm, secure and peaceful presence.
