Thank you for giving us Your laws to keep us on track, to keep us safe, to help our lives to be more blessed, secure and happy…and to protect us.
Today, please help me to focus on Jesus, The Lawgiver...
who is able to save and to destroy,
Who are you to judge another?
Please give me understanding so that I am obedient and wise regarding the laws you would have me follow and the ways I should live.
You are my judge and my deliverer.
May I never be judgmental of others, as Jesus taught...
Judge not, that you be not judged.
For with what judgment you judge,
and with the measure you use,
it will be measured back to you.
May I always provide loving encouragement, always speaking Your truth in love and only speaking when the time is right.
Father, please help me to be a loving and kind example to others, bringing glory to You.
I thank You for showing me The Way, for giving me Your Joy which is my strength, and for so many pleasures each day...
You will show me the path of life,
In Your presence is fullness of joy,
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
