Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer
Sometimes I get frustrated and angry when I believe someone has wronged me, not lived up to their promises or let me down.
Help me to remember that nobody is perfect, especially not me.
I pray that I will be someone who is always dependable, ethical, and honest.
I pray that You will help me always to do what is right, even when I am wronged by others.
When I’m tempted to react in the flesh, please guide me by Your Holy Spirit so that I will remember to stop, take a deep breath, and pray for your guidance.
Please help me to always respond to others in a Christ-like way.
Let me grow the fruit of Your Holy Spirit in my life today...
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering (patience), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
I choose to walk in Your Spirit today.
