Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer
I pray that You will put people in my path today that I can encourage and care for.
Let me be one who offers the Water of Your Holy Spirit to those who are thirsty.
For I will pour water on him who is thirsty,
and floods on the dry ground,
I will pour My Spirit on your descendants,
and My blessing on your offspring.
I pray that Your Holy Spirit will fill me now and that You will guide me to your purposes throughout this day.
Please equip me with an extra measure of patience as I serve others this Christmas season.
In this season when it is easy to fall into stress and fear, I pray that Your peace that surpasses all understanding will guard my heart and my mind...
...and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Let me comfort those who are hurting around me.
Help me to speak with Your words that bring Your grace and that uplift those who cross my path.
Thank You for loving me so much that You came to be God with us, Emmanuel.
Thank You for being The Savior who cares for His people with Compassion and Mercy.
Help me to model Your love and care in my family and in my community.
