Dear Heavenly Father,
You are the creator of the Earth and of the Heavens and of all living things...
In the beginning, God created
the heavens and the earth.
Genesis 1:1
My lord Jesus, You are God in the beginning and You are the maker of all things...
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him, nothing was made that was made. John 1:1-3
You brought into being every creature on this earth and every plant that sprouts up from the soil.
I am in awe of You and Your beautiful creations.
Thank You for entrusting me and the people you created with Your beautiful creations.
Please help me to respect and to care for Your creations.
You have declared...
All these things my hand has made,
and so, all these things came to be...
but this is the one to whom I will look:
he who is humble and contrite in spirit
and trembles at my word.
Isaiah 66:2
Lord, I ask for a humble and repentant heart.
Please place in me a desire to do what You instruct and to approach each day with an attitude of gratitude to You.
