If one wishes to walk within the path of "The Light".
One must have a basic understanding.
To be within "The Light" is not the same as walking within the path of "The Light".
If one stands within "The Light", then there is no path from "The Light" for one to follow.
Without "The Darkness", "The Light" does not create a path.
If one chooses to only stand within "The Light", then they will only know "The Light".
"The Light" will forever be beyond their reach of ability to be at one with "The Light".
This is one of many paths of deception within that breeds pride, hatred and violence.
One must traverse "The Darkness", if one wants to walk within the path of "The Light".
For only in "The Darkness", does "The Light" create a path.
When one walks the path of "The Light", then one becomes at one with "The Light".
Now when one stands within "The Light', all will be one, and that which surrounds one's self becomes the greater part of one's self.
The Dao is understood by feeling not words.
One must feel "The Light" within and one must trust "The Light" within, to walk within the path of "The Light".
If one thinks that petty words of humans, which place division on the whole, can bring you to enlightenment for one's self, then I bow to you with respect, give you my love, and wish you the best on your journey.
