Dear Friends,
did it work out with the diary this week ? ;-)
(See my SUNDAY GREETINGS from a week ago.)
As a child I had started with it quite often and then let it "fall asleep" again.
Isn't that human ?
Until a resolution, a perseverance asserts itself, not rarely a longer time passes.
We all know that and then "buckle" again.
But then suddenly there are situations and life circumstances that awaken and
mobilize everything "dormant" in us - we grow beyond ourselves and develop
forces that we would never have suspected in and on us before.
Isn't that wonderful ?
Yes and no, because an essential driving force is our very own self-confidence,
which may have been very much affected by past experiences.
We really only have the one life - and now, at this very moment, we give this life,
the attention it expects and really deserves.
We breathe deeply .......... ,feel and imagine how inner forces and feelings of
self-respect and appreciation are awakened in us and immediately spread so
pleasantly within us. The heart becomes lighter and even makes leaps of joy.
When we look outside now, the world beams at us with a brightness, calmness
and gentleness that literally makes us "sharp" to discover and tackle life and
the days ahead.
Do this little exercise again and again so that it can really unfold in you.
Enjoy Sunday, look forward to all that may come and do not forget to breathe.
How often my wife Karin tells me exactly that. :-)
Greetings to all
and see you soon.
